Transfer of TKM Metal Working Business

We are pleased to announce that TKM's parent company, IKS Klingelnberg GmbH, has entered into a long-term agreement with ASKO, Inc., for the supply of slitter tooling and slitter tooling systems for the United States territory. The agreement provides for ASKO, Inc., to be the exclusive supplier in the United States for slitter tooling for the metalworking industry manufactured by IKS Klingelnberg GmbH.
